Such a long day. I'm still a bit drained from the past couple days. It carried over a bit. Alright so today I'll document what I ate!
Breakfast: Banana and unsweetened tea
Lunch: Small Salad with tofu, lettuce, cucumber, cheese, some croutons, walnuts, olive oil, and Italian dressing.
Dinner: Soup with chicken, cauliflower, and green and red peppers.
Exercise: 30 minutes on Elliptical/Stepper ( 15 minutes forward and 15 minutes backwards) 2.2 miles. Also, 30 minutes on stationary bike which was 6.5 miles.
Got my Russian History Essay done and submitted. Also finished my Russian History quiz as well. Working on my art history essay (5 pages) due on Thursday.
Wasn't able to start a study tonight, but hopefully sometime this week!
