I can't WAIT until these next two weeks of HELL are over. Anyways! I wasn't able to exercise : ( I had no break today from 8am till 5pm. Not even for Lunch...I had to eat during a meeting which earned me some looks but whatever...I am not particularly happy with my food choice today : ( But I was feeling ill again and I want this to go away so I'm eating starch and banana's to help settle my stomach. I'd rather not puke everywhere...
So on my calorie counter thing I have around 122 calories left over:
- Breakfast:
- 2 Bananas (1 Banana in the morning and 1 after my Studio Class)
- Unsweetened green tea and black tea
- Lunch:
- Medium boiled potato (I know it's starch ;_; but it settles my stomach!)
- Lettuce- Green Leaf, Raw 1 cup (I had a salad but it spilt everywhere...I managed to save like the lettuce... :I )
- Lightly Salted peanuts 1 packet
- Dinner
- Lettuce- Green Leaf, Raw 1 cup
- Tomato: 5 slices medium
- So to those Arabs out there...my mom made me Kofta with potatoes. :I Had to eat it...so I had a serving of ground beef 95% lean meat and that includes cooked potatoes and some tomatoes
- Green Peppers
- Exercise: None today :( wasn't able to...will make it up tomorrow!
