Hey guys! Sorry for not posting this last night. Alright I did do a study for an hour, an environment beach study, however I'm not fully finished so I won't post it :) I'll continue working on it today as well as my personal work.
Alright so I had 296 calories left over from my 1200 diet!
Breakfast:
Lunch:
- Lettuce- Green Leaf, raw 5 cal
- 5 slices tomato medium slice
- 1/3 apple
- Cheddar Cheese shredder
- Banana
- Apple Juice 16 oz natural
Dinner:
- Brown Rice 1 cup
- Home made sesame chicken
Exercise:
- 45 minutes Elliptical Trainer 20 minutes forward 25 minutes backwards
K that's all!! I'll try to get into the habit of posting like 1 hours studies regardless of how it looks...just so much to do! Tonight I'm going to do some volunteer work! :D Paint ornaments for an old people home :) It'll be fun!
