Sorry forgot to post this last night! So I did do studies in my sketch book...I'm too lazy to upload it and they're not that good XD it's for a class project so I don't wanna post anything up until I finish my class project.
I was 433 calories under the 1200 cal diet :P cuz of exercise I burned most of what I ate hahaha.
Breakfast:
- 2 Scrambled Eggs with a hot dog
Lunch:
- 1/2 apple with skin and 2 tbsp of peanut butter
Dinner:
- Steamed brown rice medium grain 1 cup
- Sesame Chicken home made 135 grams
- Jalapeno pepper raw
Exercise:
- 30 minutes elliptical trainer (15 minutes forward 15 minutes back)
- Stationary Bike (20 minutes)
- Abdominal Seated Twist Weight Machine (4 sets, 10 reps, 15 lbs)
- Abdominal Crunches Weight Machine (4 sets, 10 reps, 20 pounds)
K that's all! I hope soon after finals I'll be able to post more art...I'm mainly focusing on eating right...I did weigh myself and lost like 3 pounds :D yay! Also, my acid reflux has gone and I haven't had to take any meds for that...so I might not just go to the doctor...I'm feeling so much better honestly. Not in pain all the time haha. Alright well ciao!
